CARNIVORE

Cinemavixion Review

"Carnivore" plunges viewers into a familiar yet effective horror scenario, where a clandestine government experiment unleashes a terrifying creature upon an unsuspecting group of teenagers. Set within the confines of an abandoned house, the film masterfully builds suspense as the beast stalks its prey. The tension escalates as the teens, unaware of the danger lurking, arrive seeking a thrill, only to become the object of the creature's predatory focus. This low-budget chiller, directed by Joseph Kurtz and Kenneth Mader, leverages its premise to deliver a suspenseful narrative. While not a critical darling, its straightforward approach to creature-feature horror offers a tense viewing experience for fans of the genre, exploring themes of unintended consequences and primal fear.
