CANNOLI FOR TWO

Cinemavixion Review

Paolo, a Roman chef nursing a broken heart, embarks on a new chapter in Los Angeles. This lighthearted romantic comedy, reminiscent of "No Reservations" and "Chocolat," finds him taking a dishwashing job at a chic restaurant helmed by the enigmatic Maya and Chef Carlos. Beneath the veneer of culinary success, however, lies a tantalizing secret that promises to complicate Paolo's quest for a fresh start and perhaps, a new romance. The film offers a charming blend of "feel-good" moments and simmering intrigue, exploring themes of resilience and the unexpected turns life can take. It's a delightful exploration of second chances set against the vibrant backdrop of the Los Angeles food scene.
