CAGED ANIMAL (WRATH OF CAIN)

Cinemavixion Review

"Caged Animal (Wrath of Cain)" plunges viewers into the brutal realities of prison life, where the violence of the streets proves inescapable. Ving Rhames delivers a commanding performance as Miles “Cain” Skinner, a former kingpin whose past continues to haunt him within the confines of his sentence. The film effectively explores the themes of survival and the cyclical nature of violence, demonstrating how conflicts can fester and escalate even in the most controlled environments. Supported by a cast that includes the late Nipsey Hussle and the always reliable Robert Patrick, the narrative builds a tense atmosphere, making the viewer question whether true freedom is ever attainable. This gritty drama offers a stark look at the consequences of a life lived outside the law, even after the bars have closed.
