BUSTER KEATON - PLAYHOUSE - COLOR

Cinemavixion Review

This short film, "Buster Keaton - Playhouse - COLOR", offers a glimpse into the physical comedy genius of Buster Keaton. The plot follows a theater stage hand who, after a peculiar dream, finds himself causing escalating chaos within his workplace. While the provided description is brief, it hints at the kind of inventive, gag-driven narrative that made Keaton a silent film icon. The film is presented in color, which, for a Keaton piece, might offer a unique viewing experience compared to his more commonly seen black and white productions. Viewers can expect Keaton's signature deadpan expression and remarkable stunt work as he navigates the escalating mayhem. It's a delightful piece for fans of classic slapstick and early cinema.
