BULLITT COUNTY

Cinemavixion Review

In "Bullitt County," director David McCracken invites viewers to a murky landscape of friendship tested by avarice. Set against the backdrop of the Bluegrass Bourbon Trail in the autumn of 1977, the film follows four friends whose reunion for a bachelor party takes a dangerous turn. Their quest for buried Prohibition-era money quickly devolves into a descent into greed, corruption, and ultimately, murder. The narrative promises a tense exploration of loyalty and betrayal, where the allure of illicit wealth threatens to shatter the bonds of camaraderie.
