This documentary plunges into the heart of a forgotten catastrophe: the 1957 Windscale fire, Britain's most devastating nuclear disaster. It meticulously reconstructs the events at the secretive plant, where the production of plutonium for atomic weapons masked critical design flaws and immense risks.
