BOYFRIEND AT BALCONY

Cinemavixion Review

This film presents a series of seven independent vignettes, each exploring the unsettling ways our reliance on mobile phone applications can inadvertently expose us to danger. From the mundane act of hailing a taxi to the nuances of online shopping reviews and the intimate details captured in sleep records, the narrative weaves a cautionary tale. While these digital tools offer unparalleled convenience, they also create vulnerabilities, potentially leaking personal information and ushering in unseen threats. The film adeptly highlights our collective unawareness of these escalating risks, prompting a re-evaluation of our digital footprint and the personal security we implicitly trust to these ubiquitous technologies.
