In 'Borderline Justice on Northwest Trail,' director Derwin Abrahams crafts a tale of duty and defiance in the rugged Canadian frontier. Bob Steele stars as Mountie Matt O'Brien, a man tasked with escorting Joan Woodbury's Miss Owens to a remote outpost.
