"Black Eagle" plunges viewers into a tense Cold War espionage thriller set against the sun-drenched backdrop of Malta. The film masterfully pits CIA operative Ken Tami, portrayed with stoic resolve by Shô Kosugi, against his formidable KGB adversary, Andrei, played by Vladimir Skomarovsky.
