BIKINI BEACH RACE

Cinemavixion Review

In "Bikini Beach Race," director Eric Louzil delivers a raucous and often risqué comedy that revels in its own absurdity. The plot, centered on the high-stakes world of bed racing and featuring a team known as "The Sex Puppets," is pure, unadulterated B-movie fun. Dana Plato shines as J.D., a speedboat pilot drawn into the chaotic competition, bringing a surprising amount of charisma to the role. The film's energy is infectious, fueled by a plot that throws in everything from Mafia interference to ingenious inventions, all while maintaining a playful, flirtatious tone. While its IMDb rating suggests a niche appeal, "Bikini Beach Race" offers a unique blend of campy humor and surprisingly effective comedic timing, making it a memorable watch for those seeking lighthearted, over-the-top entertainment.
