BIG CATS OF THE SAVANNAHS AND MOUNTAINS

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary offers a compelling glimpse into the lives of two of the world's most formidable felines: the puma and the lion. It masterfully contrasts their distinct environments, from the imposing, rugged mountains to the vast, sun-drenched African savannahs. The film highlights the inherent challenges these apex predators face, particularly concerning conservation efforts. A fascinating insight is shared regarding puma behavior, challenging the long-held belief of their solitary nature by revealing a 2017 study that documented instances of food sharing among them. This provides a nuanced perspective on social dynamics within species often perceived as loners, urging viewers to reconsider their assumptions about the animal kingdom.
