On a tranquil island paradise, the serene marine ecosystem is shattered by the emergence of a terrifying new predator: the 5-Headed Shark. This monstrous entity, a nightmarish fusion of starfish and shark, unleashes its brutal campaign across the open ocean, sowing fear and destruction. As its chaotic path leads it towards the idyllic shores of Puerto Rico, the island's peaceful existence is irrevocably disrupted.
