BETTER CRIMINAL

Cinemavixion Review

Ben Burke's 'Better Criminal' plunges viewers into a shadowy world where the lines between law enforcement and organized crime blur into oblivion. The film masterfully navigates the treacherous landscape of a city under siege by warring syndicates, centering on an LAPD detective ensnared in a dangerous game of double-dealing. Jordan Belfi delivers a compelling performance, embodying the moral ambiguity and desperate struggle for survival of a man caught between his badge and the underworld. Supported by the formidable presence of Tom Sizemore and Emilio Rivera, the narrative escalates with relentless tension, exploring themes of corruption, loyalty, and the ultimate price of justice. This action-thriller is a gritty, fast-paced descent into a morally compromised reality, offering a visceral experience of street-level conflict and betrayal.
