BEHIND THE MYSTERIOUS ASSASSINATION OF A JUDGE AND HIS WIFE

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the chilling 1983 murder of a young mother in a small Maine town, a crime that shattered the community's sense of security. The brutal daytime attack left her husband to discover a scene of unimaginable horror. While a known offender with a history with the family was the prime suspect, a lack of concrete evidence allowed the case to go cold for over twenty years, leaving a void of unanswered questions and lingering injustice. The film highlights the power of perseverance as a dedicated team of detectives and scientists, armed with advancements in forensic technology, revisit the original evidence, breathing new life into the investigation and offering a glimmer of hope for closure.
