BEAST OF THE YELLOW NIGHT

Cinemavixion Review

Eddie Romero's "Beast of the Yellow Night" from 1971 offers a unique, albeit rough-edged, dive into the supernatural bargain. The film, starring John Ashley, Mary Wilcox, and Leopoldo Salcedo, presents a Faustian pact where a man's life is spared by Satan, only for him to become a disciple and, consequently, a monstrous entity. While the IMDb rating suggests a niche appeal, the straightforward premise and its B-movie charm might intrigue fans of vintage horror and exploitation cinema. Its co-production between the Philippines and the United States adds a layer of international flavor to its creature-feature narrative.
