BEAST FROM THE HAUNTED CAVE

Cinemavixion Review

Monte Hellman's "Beast from the Haunted Cave" plunges viewers into a chilling descent, weaving a tale of terror around a remote ski lodge. The narrative pulsates with suspense as a gold thief and his associates find their illicit dealings interrupted by a creature of primal fear, a ghoul shrouded in cobwebs. The film masterfully evokes a sense of isolation and dread, amplifying the terror as young women become ensnared in a nightmarish labyrinth. Michael Forest, Sheila Noonan, and Frank Wolff deliver performances that underscore the desperation and mounting horror. This B-movie classic, despite its era, offers a potent blend of suspense and creature feature elements, making it a compelling watch for fans of vintage horror.
