BEAST: A MONSTER AMONG MEN

Cinemavixion Review

This independent thriller, "Beast: A Monster Among Men," plunges viewers into a claustrophobic descent into paranoia. Set against the backdrop of a remote national forest, the film masterfully uses a weekend getaway among friends to expose the simmering tensions and hidden secrets that fester beneath the surface of camaraderie. Director Mike Lenzini crafts a narrative where the true horror lies not in external threats, but in the psychological unraveling of the characters themselves. As arguments escalate and trust erodes, each individual is forced to confront their deepest fears and the unsettling realization of how little they truly know about those closest to them. The film’s strength lies in its character-driven suspense, making it a compelling watch for those who appreciate a slow-burn, psychological exploration of human nature under pressure.
