"BEAST: A MONSTER AMONG MAN" plunges into the unsettling dynamics of a group of friends whose celebratory getaway devolves into a night of escalating tension and fractured relationships. Set against the backdrop of a secluded cabin near the Six Rivers National Forest, the film explores the dark corners of male bonding as an argument splits the group, exposing underlying resentments and forcing each character to confront their own inner demons and the true nature of their bonds with one another. Director Mike Lenzini crafts a narrative that is as much a psychological thriller as it is a character study, questioning how well we truly know those closest to us, and indeed, ourselves, when pushed to the brink. The film, released in 2013, features performances from Blake Farris, T.J. Lavin, Darren Flores, and Eric Waltzer.
