BATTLE OF THE UNDEAD

Cinemavixion Review

This 2022 film, directed by Lin Zhenzhao, plunges viewers into a world haunted by a mysterious creature that decimated a group of friends years prior, leaving Hu Bayi as the sole survivor. The narrative gains momentum with the return of Shirley Yang from the US, who enlists Hu Bayi's help in a quest to uncover the truth behind the attack and to locate her missing father. The film appears to blend elements of mystery and survival horror as the protagonists confront their past traumas and the lingering threat of the unknown.
