The film centers on Kid Terror O’Hara, portrayed with a precocious charm, who leads his band of children in a audacious, albeit playful, attempt to outwit seasoned criminals by robbing a bank themselves. The narrative is a delightful concoction of childhood games escalating into a genuine heist, complete with inventive, if somewhat ramshackle, plans involving butter-based explosives and smuggled youngsters.
