BAD DAY

Cinemavixion Review

Unleashed by tragedy, 'Bad Day' plunges into the gritty underbelly of London's organized crime, offering a visceral portrayal of a mother's descent into vengeance. Claire Goose delivers a compelling performance as Rebecca Ryan, an undercover agent whose world shatters with the murder of her daughter. The film masterfully navigates the blurred lines between justice and revenge as Rebecca embarks on a brutal campaign against the mobsters she holds responsible. Directed by Ian David Diaz, the narrative is driven by a raw emotional core, exploring the devastating consequences of unchecked grief and the moral compromises one makes in its pursuit. While the external data indicates a modest critical reception, the film's strength lies in its unflinching examination of a parent's primal rage and the dark path it carves.
