BABY DOLL

Cinemavixion Review

Manfe Lozial's "BABY DOLL" plunges viewers into a vacation gone awry, where a group of students unearths a chilling connection to sinister rituals. The narrative skillfully builds suspense as the discovery of a mysterious doll triggers a descent into psychological turmoil. Lozial masterfully uses the isolated setting to amplify the growing dread, while the performances of Samantha Ciravolo, Ortensia Fioravanti, and Mauro Loverre convey a palpable sense of unease and desperation. The film explores themes of superstition and the fragility of the human psyche when confronted with the unknown. "BABY DOLL" is a compelling journey into darkness, proving to be a noteworthy entry in the suspense thriller genre, leaving audiences to question the true nature of the evil that lurks within the shadows.
