AWAY BUS

Cinemavixion Review

Kofi Asamoah and Peter Sedufia's "Away Bus" presents a gripping narrative centered on two sisters driven to desperate measures. The film masterfully navigates the perilous path of a highway robbery, conceived out of a dire need to fund their mother's life-saving surgery. With a compelling plot that introduces unexpected twists, the audience is kept on the edge of their seats as the sisters grapple with the consequences of their actions. The performances from Adjetey Anang, Toosweet Annan, and Nadia Antwi anchor the emotional weight of the story, while the direction ensures a taut and engaging viewing experience. "Away Bus" is a testament to the lengths one might go for family, exploring themes of desperation, quick-thinking, and the unpredictable nature of fate. This Ghanaian drama offers a thought-provoking look at moral dilemmas under extreme pressure.
