ATTILA

Cinemavixion Review

Emmanuel Itier's 2013 film "Attila" plunges viewers into a supernatural revenge thriller, offering a unique premise where the titular Hun leader, resurrected as a mummified warrior, seeks vengeance against American soldiers who have pilfered his ancient treasures. While the film, starring Cheick Kongo and Chris Conrad, may not have garnered critical acclaim, as evidenced by its IMDb rating, it presents an intriguing B-movie concept. The narrative hinges on the relentless pursuit of the titular barbarian, who is awakened by the theft of his riches, setting the stage for a deadly cat-and-mouse game. For fans of unconventional horror and action, "Attila" offers a peculiar, albeit low-budget, cinematic journey into the dark side of ancient legend meeting modern military forces.
