ATTILA

Cinemavixion Review

Emmanuel Itier's "Attila" plunges viewers into a supernatural thriller where ancient wrath meets modern-day avarice. The film posits a chilling premise: what if the legendary Attila the Hun, long deceased, could awaken to reclaim his stolen treasures? Cheick Kongo anchors the action as the titular warrior, bringing a formidable physical presence to the role. The narrative skillfully blends elements of horror and action as a group of American soldiers finds themselves the target of an undead fury. While the film's IMDb rating suggests a niche appeal, its unique concept and straightforward execution offer a B-movie thrill for those seeking a creature feature with a historical twist. The straightforward plot, focusing on the relentless pursuit, ensures a brisk pace, making it a watchable, if not groundbreaking, entry in the genre.
