Cinemavixion Review

Mel Damski's "Attack on Fear" plunges viewers into the unsettling atmosphere of the 1980s, presenting a compelling true crime drama. The narrative centers on two intrepid married journalists who dare to peel back the layers of a seemingly reputable rehabilitation center, only to unearth a disturbing network of deception and deeply entrenched corruption. The film excels in its portrayal of institutional cover-ups, drawing parallels between the investigative zeal of its protagonists and the pervasive secrets within the small town. Fans of classic thrillers and retro crime stories will appreciate the deliberate pacing and the suspenseful unraveling of truth. It stands as a testament to the power of investigative journalism and the enduring struggle against hidden injustices.
