ATTACK FROM SPACE

Cinemavixion Review

Benevolent aliens from the planet Emerald dispatch the valiant Starman to defend our world against the sinister Spherions in "Attack from Space." This thrilling 1965 Japanese-American co-production, helmed by Koreyoshi Akasaka, Teruo Ishii, and Akira Mitsuwa, plunges viewers into a gripping narrative where Starman must not only thwart an intergalactic invasion but also unravel a treacherous conspiracy festering among Earth's own scientific elite. While the film may not have garnered mainstream accolades, its earnest B-movie charm and classic sci-fi premise offer a nostalgic journey. Ken Utsui embodies the heroic Starman, leading a charge against cosmic annihilation and terrestrial betrayal. It's a pulpy adventure that captures the spirit of early space-age cinema, inviting audiences to a world of alien threats and hidden traitors.
