ARK PEACE

Cinemavixion Review

The Chinese naval medical series "Ark Peace" delves into the intense and often challenging world of military doctors aboard a hospital ship. The narrative follows Zhang Duhang, a military doctor transferred to the "Peace Ark," where he clashes with his colleague Lu Ziang due to differing medical philosophies. Their initial friction, however, evolves amidst a series of high-stakes missions, including disaster relief, combating viruses, and counter-terrorism operations. Through shared adversity and dedication to their humanitarian cause, their relationship deepens, mirroring the ship's mission to promote a "harmonious world, harmonious ocean." The series, noted for its 5 wins and 1 nomination, offers a compelling look at the bravery and compassion of the contemporary Chinese navy.
