ARE WE LIVING IN AN ECOLOGICAL CRISIS? | END CIV

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary, "Are We Living In An Ecological Crisis? | End CIV," plunges into the urgent question of our planet's health and humanity's capacity for change. It bravely confronts our culture's deeply ingrained patterns of systematic violence and environmental exploitation, painting a stark picture of poisoned landscapes and nations reeling from the consequences. Through compelling first-person narratives, the film illuminates the profound sacrifices and emotional histories of indigenous peoples, whose homelands have been subjected to relentless exploitation by European powers. The documentary poses a powerful hypothetical: would we resist if faced with an alien invasion that decimated our natural resources? This thought experiment serves to underscore the severity of our current crisis and the critical need for a fundamental shift in our relationship with the environment.
