ARCHAEOLOGISTS FIND CANNIBAL BONES IN SOMERSET CAVES

Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the chilling discovery of cannibalistic practices among Ice Age Britons in Somerset's Gough's Cave, dating back approximately 14,700 years. Hosted by Tristan Hughes, the film, featuring insights from experts like Dr. Selina Brace and William Marsh of the Natural History Museum, London, explores the compelling evidence suggesting these acts were ritualistic rather than born of starvation. The investigation raises profound questions about the nature of these ancient societies and the possibility of uncovering an ancient crime scene. The presented research highlights the ongoing efforts to identify these individuals and understand the disturbing rituals that defined their existence, offering a fascinating, albeit grim, glimpse into our prehistoric past.
