Cinemavixion Review

This documentary delves into the chilling history of the Arajs Kommando, a Latvian collaborationist unit that perpetrated horrific atrocities under Nazi occupation. Led by Victor Arajs, the group was instrumental in mass killings, most notably the Rumbula massacre, leaving an indelible scar on Latvian history. The film confronts the uncomfortable truth of collaboration and examines the post-war pursuit of justice against its leader. It serves as a stark reminder of the depths of human cruelty and the enduring quest for accountability in the face of unspeakable crimes.
