AQUARIUM OF THE DEAD

Cinemavixion Review

Glenn Miller's "Aquarium of the Dead" plunges viewers into a chilling scenario where an ordinary aquarium becomes a battleground against the undead. The film cleverly exploits the confined setting, amplifying the claustrophobia as workers, including a compelling performance from Vivica A. Fox, find themselves trapped with reanimated marine life. The premise, a unique twist on the zombie genre, explores the terrifying possibility of an aquatic apocalypse. While the IMDb rating suggests a divisive reception, the film's commitment to its high-concept horror, coupled with its frantic pacing and creature-feature elements, offers a B-movie thrill ride. It's a creature feature that, despite its potential flaws, delivers on its promise of aquatic-based terror, making it a noteworthy watch for fans of unconventional horror.
