ANGRY KELLY

Cinemavixion Review

"Angry Kelly" plunges viewers into a raw and unflinching exploration of despair and its devastating consequences. The film masterfully weaves a narrative centered on Kelly's descent, a journey punctuated by suicide blogs that serve as a haunting chronicle of her pain. As Detective Jackson delves into Kelly's story, the investigation transcends a mere procedural, becoming a profound examination of connection and the echoes left behind. Simuel Denell Rankins directs with a keen eye for the psychological toll of trauma, while the performances, particularly from Mary Jane Mahan, anchor the film's emotional weight. Though its IMDb rating suggests a polarizing reception, "Angry Kelly" offers a compelling, albeit somber, look at the darkest corners of the human psyche, encouraging a deeper understanding of the silent battles fought by many.
