ANGELS UNAWARE

Cinemavixion Review

"Angels Unaware" offers a compelling exploration of divine intervention and familial bonds, set against the backdrop of critical human decisions. The narrative centers on Eden, an archangel tasked with guiding individuals at life's crossroads, a mission complicated by the presence of her estranged brother, Lucifer. The film adeptly portrays Eden's internal conflict as she grapples with her love for Lucifer and the destructive path he has embraced since his banishment from heaven. The performances, particularly by Karen Abercrombie, Cameron Arnett, and Kevin J. O'Connor, anchor the story with emotional depth. Directed by Joanne Hock, this 2022 release, though brief in runtime, delivers a thought-provoking message about choice, redemption, and the enduring struggle between light and darkness. Its thematic resonance and strong character dynamics make it a noteworthy independent film.
