AMERICAN POLTERGEIST: THE LINDA VISTA PROJECT

Cinemavixion Review

John Rogers' "American Poltergeist: The Linda Vista Project" plunges viewers into the heart of a chilling ghost hunt, serving as what appears to be paranormal investigator Emily Strand's final expedition. The premise promises a tense descent into the unexplained, as Strand and her team venture into one of America's most notoriously haunted locations. The narrative hinges on their struggle for survival against an encroaching supernatural force, with escape becoming their sole objective. While the film's description suggests a focus on atmosphere and escalating dread, its effectiveness will ultimately depend on the execution of its scares and the depth of its characterizations amidst the terror. It aims to be a visceral experience, testing the limits of belief and the resilience of the human spirit when confronted by the unknown.
