AMERICAN ABDUCTION

Cinemavixion Review

This independent thriller plunges viewers into a chilling narrative centered on a foreign exchange student's harrowing experience in America. Following a mysterious abduction, the protagonist finds themselves ensnared in a dangerous entanglement with the Russian mob. The film skillfully builds suspense as the mob employs ruthless tactics to conceal their illicit activities, creating a palpable sense of dread. The plot unfolds as a desperate struggle for survival, where supernatural undertones add an unsettling layer to the already perilous situation. Sasha Kolos delivers a compelling performance, anchoring the film's tension. While the direction remains understated, the story's grim atmosphere and exploration of hidden criminal pasts offer a thought-provoking, albeit dark, cinematic journey.
