AMBITION

Cinemavixion Review

Nicolas Forzy's "Ambition" presents a chilling narrative exploring the perilous consequences of Faustian bargains. The film centers on a group of five friends whose pursuit of professional success leads them to a dark pact with a mysterious mastermind. As their lives seemingly flourish, the true cost of their agreement begins to surface, manifesting as paranoia, distrust, and eventual madness. The story masterfully builds tension as the friends gather for a high school reunion, only to confront the devil himself, who has arrived to collect his due. The film delves into themes of greed, the corruption of innocence, and the enduring power of friendship tested by unimaginable forces. It's a compelling cautionary tale that probes the depths of human desire and the price of unchecked ambition.
