ALTERED HOURS

Cinemavixion Review

Bruce Wemple's 'Altered Hours' plunges viewers into a disorienting spiral of sleepless nights and premonitions. The film masterfully explores the terrifying consequences of tampering with the natural order, as an insomniac's desperate reliance on a black-market sleep aid catapults his consciousness into the future. This temporal leap places him in the precarious position of being implicated in a crime he has yet to commit, centered around a girl he hasn't even met. The narrative skillfully weaves a tale of suspense and psychological unease, amplified by the protagonist's unraveling reality. Anchored by strong performances from Ryan Munzert, Briana Pozner, and Rick Montgomery Jr., 'Altered Hours' is a compelling dive into the anxieties of fate and the potential paradoxes of foresight, making for a thought-provoking thriller that lingers long after the credits roll.
