ALL THE GOOD ONES ARE MARRIED

Cinemavixion Review

Terry Ingram's "All the Good Ones Are Married" offers a compelling look at the complexities of family dynamics and career aspirations. Daryl Hannah delivers a nuanced performance as Alex, a driven fashion executive whose professional life is upended by an unexpected houseguest. The film thoughtfully explores the tensions between personal ambition and familial duty, particularly through the eyes of Ben Gold, an aspiring author whose career hinges on his ability to balance his writing deadline with his children's needs. The arrival of Zoe Miller, a young designer, introduces a catalyst for change, prompting the family to re-evaluate their priorities. While the film may not boast blockbuster accolades, its intimate portrayal of modern relationships and the quiet sacrifices made within a family unit makes it a resonant and engaging watch, particularly for those who appreciate character-driven dramas.
