Cinemavixion Review

Neil Hoppe's "Alive & Free" presents a poignant family drama centered on the lingering absence of a mother. Ten years after her disappearance, the Wilson family finds a glimmer of hope when younger brother Matt discovers relics suggesting a past in espionage. This discovery ignites a quest, led by Matt and joined by his brother Josh, the resourceful Kyla, and her wise grandfather Pop Pop, to uncover the truth and reunite their fractured family. The film delves into themes of loss, memory, and the enduring power of familial bonds, as the siblings navigate the complexities of their mother's hidden life and their own evolving identities. "Alive & Free" is a touching narrative about piecing together the past to forge a path toward a hopeful future.
