ALICE IN FANTASYLAND

Cinemavixion Review

Alice in Fantasyland plunges viewers into a disorienting yet captivating journey, mirroring the classic tale of disorientation and self-discovery. The narrative follows a young American law student whose ordinary London life is abruptly shattered, leading to an unexpected amnesiac descent into a realm far removed from reality. This fantastical world serves as a potent metaphor for confronting the unknown and piecing together a fractured identity. While the film's origins are rooted in familiar literary territory, it carves out its own unique space, exploring themes of perception, memory, and the search for home. The visual landscape promises a departure from the mundane, inviting audiences to lose themselves alongside the protagonist in this surreal odyssey.
