AISLE BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS

Cinemavixion Review

In 'Aisle Be Home For Christmas,' director Nick Lyon crafts a cozy, if predictable, holiday romance. Stranded in a big-box store by a sudden blizzard, former flames Drew and Michelle find themselves unexpectedly reunited amidst the festive decorations and dwindling shoppers. The film expertly uses the confined setting to foster intimacy, allowing the rekindled sparks between the leads to simmer believably. While the plot offers few surprises, leaning into familiar tropes of second chances and Christmas magic, the chemistry between the cast, notably Jennifer Freeman and Garrett Watson, elevates the material. It's a heartwarming tale that reminds viewers of the joy that can be found in unexpected places, making it a pleasant, if not groundbreaking, addition to the holiday viewing season. The film's runtime of 85 minutes ensures a brisk pace, fitting for a night of festive unwinding.
