A LOAN SHARK’S HITMAN

Cinemavixion Review

"A Loan Shark’s Hitman" plunges into the dark underbelly of crime, presenting a narrative centered on debt, betrayal, and deadly consequences. The film introduces Steven, a man tasked by a ruthless loan shark with a grim assignment: eliminate his ex-wife. This premise alone sets a tense stage, but the plot thickens with the introduction of a psychotic assassin, injecting an element of unpredictable violence. The performances, particularly from Ofu Obekpa as Steven and Conphidance as the relentless killer, are central to navigating the film's morally ambiguous landscape. While the director is not credited, the ensemble cast carries the weight of this gritty tale, exploring the brutal realities and the cyclical nature of violence inherent in such a world. It's a stark look at the cost of doing business in the shadows.
