A HAUNTING AT THE PARK HOTEL

Cinemavixion Review

Anthony Pierce's "A Haunting at the Park Hotel" presents a bold, if somewhat uneven, exploration of found-footage horror. Filmed entirely in a single take, the film immerses the viewer in the escalating dread experienced by a young film crew. Their ambitious attempt to capture paranormal activity in a notoriously haunted hotel takes a terrifying turn when a ritual, "The Speak," inadvertently unleashes forces beyond their comprehension. The commitment to the one-take format lends a raw, claustrophobic intensity to the proceedings, amplifying the psychological terror. While the narrative occasionally falters, the film's innovative approach to the genre and its palpable atmosphere of suspense make it a noteworthy entry for fans seeking a more visceral and unvarnished horror experience.
