Cinemavixion Review

In "A Dog and Pony Show," director Demetrius Navarro delivers a heartwarming family comedy centered around an unlikely friendship. The film, released in 2018, stars Mae Whitman, Ralph Macchio, and Mira Sorvino, who lend their talents to a charming narrative. The plot follows a lonely farm boy who finds a unique companion in a performing dog abandoned by a traveling carnival. Their bond is tested when bumbling thieves from a rival circus set their sights on the valuable canine. While the film may not boast major awards, its simple yet engaging story, bolstered by a capable cast, offers a delightful viewing experience for families seeking lighthearted entertainment.
