A DANGEROUS MAN

Cinemavixion Review

Keoni Waxman's "A Dangerous Man" plunges viewers into a gritty world of crime and retribution, anchored by a signature performance from Steven Seagal. The narrative follows a man wronged by the system, who finds himself entangled in a high-stakes rescue mission involving kidnapped innocence and illicit dealings. Waxman, also penning the script, crafts a straightforward yet compelling action thriller that doesn't shy away from the darker corners of its urban landscape. Seagal, embodying his familiar stoic persona, leads a cast that includes Marlaina Mah and Vitaly Kravchenko, contributing to the film's authentic portrayal of underground conflict. While the plot may tread familiar ground, the film's efficient pacing and unapologetic genre execution make it a solid watch for fans of direct-to-video action cinema.
