A BEAST AWAKENS BENEATH THE FARM

Cinemavixion Review

Beneath the tranquil facade of rural life, a chilling narrative unfolds in 'A Beast Awakens Beneath the Farm.' This film masterfully explores the fracturing of community bonds when financial interests clash with deeply rooted traditions. The decision to lease farmland for gas drilling becomes a catalyst, unearthing not just environmental concerns but a primal, ancient terror. The tension escalates as the very earth yields a long-dormant horror, forcing neighbors to confront a shared threat that transcends their disagreements. Adrienne Barbeau, Marc Blucas, and Allison McAtee anchor the film with performances that convey both the fragility of human relationships and the raw fear of the unknown. It's a compelling descent into a nightmare where the greatest monsters may be those we invite onto our land.
