4TH MAN OUT

Cinemavixion Review

Andrew Nackman's "4th Man Out" offers a refreshing and often humorous look at the complexities of friendship and self-discovery in a distinctly American setting. The film centers on a car mechanic whose decision to come out to his blue-collar friends creates ripples of surprise and eventual understanding. Parker Young, Evan Todd, and Chord Overstreet deliver performances that ground the narrative, navigating the delicate balance between comedic timing and genuine emotional resonance. While its reception was mixed, with a 54% score on Rotten Tomatoes, the film is praised for its authentic portrayal of male bonding and the challenges of navigating personal truths within close-knit communities. "4th Man Out" is a charming exploration of acceptance and the enduring strength of friendship, making it a worthwhile watch for those seeking heartfelt independent cinema.
