30 MILES

Cinemavixion Review

Ryan Harper's "30 Miles" plunges viewers into a tense, character-driven narrative where kindness takes a perilous turn. The film masterfully explores the intertwined fates of two strangers from vastly different walks of life, a down-on-his-luck drifter and a successful Hollywood agent, whose chance encounter on a desolate highway sets in motion a series of events fraught with dark secrets and hidden motives. As the miles tick by, the desert landscape becomes a crucible for revealing truths, testing the boundaries of trust and humanity. Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs and Rusty Gray deliver compelling performances, navigating the escalating tension with a palpable sense of unease. "30 Miles" is a stark reminder that appearances can be deceiving and that the journey itself can be more revealing than the destination.
