3 KNEE DEEP

Cinemavixion Review

William X. Lee's 2016 crime thriller, "3 Knee Deep," plunges viewers into a gritty world of drug trafficking and desperate pursuits. The film masterfully weaves a narrative around a hidden stash of cocaine, six years after its initial concealment by a criminal mastermind. The plot thickens as various factions, including a violent sidekick, a deadly girlfriend, covert operatives, and law enforcement agencies like the DEA, converge in a relentless hunt for the illicit goods. The presence of actors like William X. Lee himself, Angelea Williams, and Bill Koruna adds a layer of authenticity to the high-stakes drama. While the film may not boast extensive accolades, its straightforward, action-packed premise and the intricate web of double-crosses and escapes offer an engaging cinematic experience for fans of the crime genre.
